Stratford has found it’s interim Chief Administrative Officer as it looks to replace Rob Horne who’s retiring at the end of July.
Veteran city employee and currently a for 20 years – Joan Thomson will run the CAOs office on a termporary basis.
In a published interview Thomson says it’s an opportunity to help the city at another administrative level but she does want to return to her current duties when the city finds the right full-time CAO.
Horne is leaving municipal administration and retiring after joing the city of Stratford 3 years ago.
