A North Perth man is facing a pair of charges after an incident in Listowel.
On July 14th, North Perth OPP noticed a vehicle travelling on Main Street West in the town, and the officer determined it did not have proper plates and the officer pulled it over.
It was there where police later arrested and charged 37-year-old Thomas Yantha with flight from peace officer as well as dangerous operation of a motor vehicle.
Yantha will appear in Stratford court next month.
