Over $45 thousand dollars was raised during the recent Huron County Food Bank Distribution Centre gala. $18 thousand alone was raised during the auction.
Executive Director Mary Ellen Zielman says it means a lot to see the community come together.
All the funds raised go towards buying more produce and products for those in need in Huron County. Zielman tells myFM work has already begun on next years gala which will take place on August 6th, 2020.
