Strong building activity is continuing this summer in the Municipality of North Perth. While there was less activity in June compared to last year, the numbers for the month of July skyrocketed.
60 building permits, resulting in 119 new dwelling units were issued in the month. That’s compared to 40 permits and 28 dwellings in July 2018.
This equals a 16% increase in building permits and a 94% increase in dwelling units created.
