Senior Climatologist for Environment Canada, David Phillips, says the fall forecast is sending some mixed messages.
He adds the wetter than normal prediction may cause slight issues at harvest time for farmers, but shouldn’t be a big headache. Phillips says overall, we can enjoy the upcoming fall season, the best time of year!
