Tonight is the first opportunity for residents to see all the candidates running in the Huron-Bruce riding in one room.The first all-candidates meeting goes tonight (WED) in Goderich at the Lakeshore United Church hosted by the Huron Chamber of Commerce. Doors open at 6:30 PM, the meeting begins at 7.
If you can’t go to that one, there are two more scheduled.
One is happening next Wednesday night (2nd) at 7 at the Plex in Port Elgin hosted by the Saugeen Shores Chamber of Commerce. Another is taking place on Tuesday October 8th in Teeswater hosted by the Bruce County Federation of Agriculture.
Here are the candidates running for the Huron-Bruce seat: Ben Lobb (incumbent; Conservative), Allan Thompson (Liberal), Tony McQuail (New Democrat), Nicholas Wendler (Green), and Kevin M. Klerks (People’s).
Voters head to polls on October 21st.
