Police have confirmed that yesterday around 4:15 PM they responded to a wooded area in the northwest part of Exeter following the discovery of a deceased person laying underneath an all-terrain vehicle.
Investigators remain on the scene and will provide further updates when they become available. Anyone with any information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
