MyChart is now active at the South Huron Hospital.
South Huron Hospital Association Director of Ambulatory Services Heather Klopp says the service offers you a personalized look at your own medical history, from wherever you are.
Numerous hospitals in Ontario use the secured service, which shares encrypted security as strong as banks. Klopp says there’s no paperwork to fill out, you simply go to the Association’s desk at the hospital, present your heatlh card, and tell them you want to create an account.
The app and their staff will do the rest. Anyone over the age of 12 are eligible for their own account while those under 12 can have an account operated by their parents or guardian.
