It didn’t take long for the Festive RIDE Campaign to nab their first impaired driver. On Saturday, November 23rd, less than a day into the campaign a Hensall man was charged.
The 28-year-old entered the RIDE program on Morrison Line and Hurondale Road, and while speaking with officers a breathe sample was demanded.
The driver blew over the legal limit, and two follow up tests also tested above the legal limit. The man is facing impaired driving charges, and he has lost his license for 90 days.
