myFM has an update to a story we recently brought to you. Perth OPP has charged a 40-year-old and a young person after two businesses in Listowel were passed counterfeit American money.
The businesses were passed a $100 dollar bill on November 24th before contacting the police. Officer seized the currency and were able to identify the suspects thanks to surveillance footage.
The duo is facing charges for uttering counterfeit money.
