Bruce Power is making a donation to area food banks. They are pledging a total of $50,000 to 25 food banks and Christmas hamper programs in Bruce, Grey, and Huron counties this holiday season. Bruce Power also announced that they are making a donation to eight Santa Claus parades
In a statement, Bruce Power’s Executive Vice-President of Corporate Affairs and Operational Services James Scongack says they are thrilled to be helping others that need a hand at this time of year.
Bruce Power says they invest about $2 million each year into local events and organizations through its Sponsorship and Community Investment Program.
