The municipality of Bluewater is looking for a new CAO as Kyle Pratt has accepted a job in Tillsonburg, with next Monday (13) being his last day.
Mayor Paul Klopp thanked Pratt for his time as the CAO, saying he worked hard each and every day to make Bluewater better.
Klopp says Pratt treated everyone he encountered with respect.
The mayor says to make a good CAO the person has to understand the roles of both the politicians and municipal staff and they hope their next CAO has that quality. Discussions around having an interim CAO or hiring from within were scheduled for Monday night (dec 6) council.
