Mark and Tammy Drysdale have issued a statement to myFM following Friday’s (jan 3) court decision which ruled that the Roaring Cat Retreat business in Grand Bend has to shut down.
When myFM requested an interview through email, the owners of the retreat said: “All we can say is that we are canvassing our options available with our legal team, and that is all we can comment at this time.”
The court ruled in favour of a permanent injunction restraining the respondents from contravening the municipal by-law, and now the two sides have to come together to figure out a timeframe for removing the animals.
