An Exeter man is in custody following an incident last week at the hospital in Exeter.
Just before 5 AM (4:47 AM) on January 16th, police were called to the hospital on Huron Street West to assist with a person who was out of control and causing a disturbance in the Emergency room.
The irate man smashed several items, including a window that caused plenty of damage.
Police say the man also pulled the fire alarm.
The man was arrested and found to be in possession of a decorative metal star that was stolen from a nearby residence.
A 33-year-old from Exeter remains in custody and is facing charges for theft under $5000, mischief under $5000, causing a disturbance, false alarm of fire, and failure to comply.
