The Downtown Goderich BIA wants to clear up some misunderstanding regarding Winterfest and IceTacular.
Manager Susan Carradine tells myFM that Goderich Winterfest will go on as schedule with some slight modification.
There was word that SurfSup Eco Shop was going to take over IceTacular festivities.
Carradine says the store will indeed be running activities but it will be done under the Winterfest name.
She says they did offer up Icetacular to other organization but felt it was too big of an event to handle.
Goderich Winterfest runs from February 7th to 9th in courthouse square.
