Middlesex County is receiving over $620,000 in funding from the province for infrastructure upgrades.
It’s part of the $11.4 million going to 14 municipalities in Lambton-Kent-Middlesex.
It’s up to each council to determine how to use the money.
Warden Cathy Burghardt-Jesson said there have been preliminary conversations about how to put it to use.
This stream of funding comes from the Ontario Community Infrastructure Fund, something the former Liberal government introduced and the Tories cut last year by $100 million provincially.
