Over $40 thousand dollars was raised during the first annual Coldest Night of the Year walk in Exeter.
The money is going to combat homelessness in South Huron.
Street2feet member Andrea Loohuizen says seeing all the people was unbelievable.
Street2feet is teaming with the United Way to raise $88 thousand by the end of March to add 3 new beds at the Turning Point Home in Exeter, along with other homelessness projects.
