As myFM previously reported the Municipality of South Huron has entered a partnership with Drayton Entertainment.
The 10-year sponsorship deal will see South Huron pay $25 thousand per year for the naming rights of Playhouse 2 which will be rebranded the South Huron Stage.
South Huron Mayor George Finch says the Playhouse is a great gem in the Municipality.
Finch says he isn’t concerned about the Playhouse’s proximity to Grand Bend.
Finch adds he believes the total investment of $250 thousand over 10 years will be well worth the economic spin off.
Drayton Entertainment has said the new signage for the South Huron Stage will be in place by opening day.
