A Scarborough woman will have to travel to Huron County to face numerous charges.
The driver, followed by a traffic stop, was caught on the Kippen Road driving 30 km/h over the posted 90 km/h speed limit.
A 54 year old woman was also caught driving with a suspended driver’s license and was caught with cannabis possession in the vehicle.
The woman failed the Standard Field Sobriety Test, and was charged for Impaired Operation.
The driver was sent to Sebringville OPP for a test conducted by a Drug Recognition Expert, which the driver also failed.
As a result, the driver will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Goderich on March 9th, under the charges of Impaired Operation, Driving While Under Suspension, Fail to Surrender Insurance Card and Drive Vehicle With Cannabis Readily Available.
