Ontario seniors can now access free dental care.
The Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program, which is publicly-funded, is in place to benefit seniors of 65 years of age or older and do not have dental care.
In assistance with the OSDCP, the Huron Perth Public Health will be holding drop-in application days throughout Health clinics across Huron and Perth.
In order to qualify, seniors must be 65 years of age or older, residents of Ontario and no other existing dental benefits.
To help eligible seniors enroll in the OSDCP, Huron Perth Public Health will be holding drop-in application days throughout Huron and Perth, at the following times and locations:
· Blyth, Blyth Library: Thursday, March 5, 1 to 3 p.m.
· Wingham, Alice Munro Library: Friday, March 6, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
· Howick, Howick Library: Friday, March 6, 1 to 3 p.m.
· St. Marys, St. Marys Library: Monday, March 9, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
· Mitchell, West Perth Library: Monday, March 16, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
· Milverton, Knollcrest Lodge: Wednesday, March 18, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
· Stratford, HPPH West Gore Site (653 West Gore): Friday, March 20, 9:30 to 11:30 a.m.
· Zurich, Bluewater Area Family Health Team: Thursday, April 16, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
