When it comes to donating blood Canadian Blood Services says that despite the outbreak you can do so despite the COVID-19 outbreak.
Kersten Dupuis with Canadian Blood Services says that the virus doesn’t affect the blood that is donated.
She also adds that they are expecting the blood supply in Canada to be affected because of this outbreak.
So if you are healthy and have an appointment they encourage you to honour it and donate.
