myFM carried two press conferences today one with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and one with Premier Doug Ford
This morning Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced some new agreements with the United States during his daily briefing.
The border will be officially closed to all non-essential travel as of midnight.
There is also a mutual agreement between the 2 countries to return migrants crossing the border.
Trudeau says the migrates will be put back into the hands of US authorities until the end of the outbreak.

Premier Ford was joined by Education Minister Stephen Lecce.
Ford said the province is looking at options for frontline and emergency workers in terms of child care.
The Premier also announced the Learn at Home Education portal- which he said is a made in Ontario high-quality program for students to help practice math, reaching, writing, and science.

Education Minister Lecce announced that EQAO assessment for the year has been cancelled and the government as waived as a graduation requirement for students affected.
Perhaps the biggest news was the announcement that the Ministry of Education also said they could extend the school closure period.
Currently there are 923 cases in Canada, 12 deaths, and 50 new cases in Ontario today alone.
