This afternoon Premier Doug Ford held his daily press conference.
The Premier announced a new website called Ontario Together, which is a site to identify supply challenges and solicit ideas and advice from Ontario businesses and manufacturing communities on how the government can work together to meet needs.
Ford said that Ontario is the beating economic heart of Canada.
The Premier said that the need for ventilators, masks, swabs, disinfectant wipes and other necessary health care items are in low supply and much needed.
It was also announced that if businesses can repurpose their operations to create products to help fight COVID-19 and need funding the province will make it happen.
Premier Ford reminded people to only visit healthcare centres if told to do so by medical personal.
He also reminded people to use the COVID-19 online tool, which has seen over 35 thousand people use so far.
