The Avon Maitland District School Board has some new student trustees including a local student.
An election was held recently and at the latest board meeting the results were announced.
Grade 10 student Elizabeth Benoit from South Huron District High School and grade 11 student Makenzie Hallam from Listowel District Secondary School were selected as student trustees.
