A local man is doing what he can to help out Lucan businesses as he has one of his own.
Dr. Chris Cameron of Cameron Family Chiropractic started with restaurants, and has since evolved to groomers and salons to help out during the COVID-19 pandemic.
He starts a ‘tab,’ by way of purchasing a $100 gift card at the business, and promotes it on social media.
The goal is to encourage locals to support the business by buying a meal and referencing Dr. Cameron. If they do so, the store will use part of the gift card to offer their customer some savings. Cameron says he’s giving back on the support he’s seen in his years in Lucan.
To date he’s purchased $800 worth of gift cards, and advertises which business is being promoted through his Facebook group Dr. Cameron Health Tips.
