World Turtle Day is coming up on May 23rd, but to get you ready the Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority has something fun planned.
Starting today (May 13th) the ABCA will run a Ten Days of Turtle Facts campaign on social media which will run until World Turtle Day.
Everyone is encouraged to complete a quiz for a chance to win prizes.
In a press release Hope Brock the ABCA Healthy Watersheds Technician said “It’s important to think about Ontario turtle species on World Turtle Day, and to learn what we can do to help these animals all year long.”
