A Kitchener man is facing charges after an incident at a pharmacy on Mitchell Road South in North Perth.
Perth County OPP say on Wednesday (May 13) they responded to a call from the business after a suspect attempted to use a fraudulent prescription.
The suspect left the scene, but attended a different pharmacy near-by where police caught up with him.
Upon seeing police, the suspect fled out the back door of the business, leading police on a foot chase.
The suspect was located on the North Perth trail and arrested.
41-year-old Christopher Lougheed is facing five charges including identity fraud and has a date in Stratford court.
