United Way Perth-Huron are fundraising once again this time for frontline workers in both counties they serve.
As part of the Urgent Needs Fund, the money will go directly to their partnered organizations as well as assisting in any technology advances needed to ensure working from home is possible.
Executive Director Ryan Erb says they’re also keeping an eye on the mental well being of frontline workers and have worked out an agreement with another organization to help.
Erb says those meetings would be done over the phone or online to respect COVID-19 regulations.
