The provincial government is investing over a million dollars to hospitals across Huron County.
The investment takes into consideration incremental growth to support flexibility, and helps ensure all publicly funded hospitals get at least a 1 percent increase.
The funding announcements include:
Clinton Public Hospital $205,000 (2% increase)
Seaforth Community Hospital $153,500 (1.9% increase)
South Huron Hospital $157,700 (2% increase)
Alexandra Marine and General Hospital $358,300 (2% increase)
Wingham and District Hospital $270,100 (1.9% increase)
The province is also investing $341 million in hospitals across the province to help with the COVID-19.
