The Huron County OPP say they’ve charged two people with weapons related offences after a traffic stop near Clinton last weekend.
Police say that an officer was on patrol when they were passed by a known suspended driver in a pickup truck.
After officers stopped the vehicle and confirmed the driver had been suspended they eventually discovered a set of brass knuckles inside the vehicle.
Police report that both the driver and passenger were then arrested for possession of the prohibited weapon.
Both are scheduled to appear in court in Goderich at a later date.

The driver, Colby ROBERTS, 28 years of age from Lucknow has been charged with: Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon, Occupant of a Motor Vehicle Knowing There Was a Prohibited Device, Possess Prohibited Weapon Contrary to Order, Fail to Comply with Undertaking and other driving related offences.
Passenger, Kristen STEEPER, 27 years of age from Lucknow has been charged with Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon, Occupant of a Motor Vehicle Knowing There Was a Prohibited Device, Fail to Comply With Undertaking and Fail to Comply with Probation Order (2 counts).
