A homicide investigation is underway following the discovery of human remain this weekend at Kettle and Stony Point First Nation Territory.
On August 2nd, around 1:15 PM. multiple police forces including the Lambton County OPP and the Anishinabek Police Service were called to the remains.
On Monday a post-mortem was conducted and conclude the deceased died due to a homicide.
Investigators are still working to confirm the identity of the victim.
