Huron Perth Public Health has been getting lots of questions about large events now the province has moved to Stage 3.
HPPH said in a statement that they don’t deny or approve the holding of large events.
The Health Units role is to ensure guidance and protocols defined by the provinces reopening framework.
Dr. Miriam Klassen the Medical Officer of Health for Huron Perth said in a statement that public health does have the ability to intervene and impose restrictions during events if public health measures are not being followed.
