An Exeter-born Folk-pop musician is making waves in Toronto and she’s recently put out her first ever EP.
Holly Clausius headed straight to The Six after graduating high school at 17 and has been pounding the pavement every day since as she tries to form a career path in music.
The grind led to her first EP “Sunflower,” out now. The singer/songwriter/actor titled the album and the first song as such as a letter to an old friend, who took his own life after battling mental illness.
The 5 song EP explores heavier topics like mental health while also implementing fun listening, such as “Leo’s Song,” written from the perspective of Clausius’ cat.
You can pick up Clausius’ EP anywhere you get your music.
