A Sarnia resident is facing charges after a road rage incident north of Goderich.
Huron County OPP were called to assist the victim in an incident where a driver had his taillights intentionally smashed out by another.
The investigation revealed the victim had cautioned the accused about his aggressive driving and that escalated a verbal encounter to a threat.
Police then learned the accused grabbed a pipe from his vehicle threatened the victim and smashed the taillights on his vehicle.
A 34 year old Sarnia man has since been charged with Assault with a Weapon and Mischief.
He is set to appear in court at a later date.
