September 13th marks the opening ceremonies to the 7th annual Seize the Day Walk & Run event.
It’s a virtual affair this year, which means you’ll have a two week window to carry out your distance and route of choice to raise money for
Epilepsy Southwestern Ontario.
Outreach and Events Director Bailey Tschirsow says this is a condition many Canadians live with.
The funding raised would go towards supporting individuals living with epilepsy and also provide educational services.
