A Komoka man is facing impaired driving charges following a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 21 near Blyth Road.
On Sunday (6th) afternoon, Huron County OPP arrived at the crash scene and located a heavily damaged hatchback and a damaged wooden fence. The driver was travelling southbound when he lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle crossed the center line, left the roadway, took out a wooden fence before coming to a rest beyond the east ditch.
Upon further investigation OPP determined the driver was impaired and violating a court order by being in contact with the passenger of the vehicle.
50-year-old Dale Bradfield faces four charges and has a Goderich court date in November.
