The Pyramid Rec Centre in St. Marys is is going to be welcoming visitors in the not-so-distant future.
Mayor Al Strathdee says that, along with ice opening up on October 1st, they’re working on getting the swimming pool open.
Strathdee points out that more than 6000 people were visiting the rec centre a week before they had to close in March.
He admits that getting things going might be a bit of a challenge, but acknowledges that they need to provide services for people.
