Proving their good corporate citizenship extends far beyond providing reliable electricity to Ontario customers, Bruce Power announced today it has provided two million pieces of PPE to front-line organizations since the coronavirus pandemic began.
In addition to face shields and reusable gowns, Bruce Power and Ontario-based suppliers have sponsored and distributed more than 50,000 litres of hand sanitizer for local businesses, schools and non-profit organizations, including food banks.
Mike Rencheck, Bruce Power’s President and CEO said they are playing an active role in the province’s fight against COVID-19 and “will continue to support our communities through the recovery.”
