myFM has learned that two long-term care homes in Huron Perth have been put into COVID-19 outbreak protocol.
Huron Perth Public Health have confirmed Knollcrest Lodge in Perth East, and Mitchell Nursing Home as the locations.
Asymptomatic staff tested positive at both locations.
HPPH also confirmed Sunday that the outbreak continues at Cedarcroft Retirement Place in Stratford as a total of 23 confirmed COVID-19 cases (17 residents, 6 staff) have been reported.
Sadly another residents at Cedarcroft who was in palliative care passed away after testing positive for COVID-19.
