Huron Perth Public Health provided an update in regards to the COVID-19 vaccine.
Medical Officer of Health Dr. Miriam Klassen said that Huron Perth is taking direction from upper levels of government and will be working with local partners to deliver and administer the vaccine when it becomes available.
That being said, issues in regards to storage and handling the Pfizer vaccine will take a while, potentially even a few months before Huron Perth receives the vaccine.
