Chevrolet’s annual Good Deeds Cup challenge is going virtual this year because of the pandemic.
Normally the program involves hockey team members taking on a community building initiative.
This year teams have to submit a video pitch to become the champion
and win a $100,000 donation to the registered charity of their choice.
A video produced by Exeter’s U-13 Sabres has been accepted. Player ETHAN SKILLEN tells myFM players had to pick from one of three charities to support.
The team can’t get together in person so they produced their video pitch via ZOOM.
Now they wait to find out if their submission makes the short list.
