A local business has made a substantial donation to a mental health foundation in the region.
Haskett Funeral Homes has given seven thousand dollars to the Tanner Steffler Foundation.
Collin Haskett tells myFM a conscious decision was made to help this organization.
Tanner’s father John Steffler says Haskett’s and others who donate to the foundation – are making an investment in the mental health of our young people.
Steffler says receipt of the donation fills his family with gratitude knowing that the Foundation’s message is being heard.
The focus of the foundation in Tanner’s name aims to enhance and improve the Mental Health and Addiction resources and support networks that are in place for youth between the ages of 12-24.
