With the announcement of a return to school for Huron-Bruce on Monday February 8th, Huron Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson wants to share her appreciation of parents and teachers for ensuring students could continue to learn throughout the hiatus. She believes students will follow protocols well, and attributes that to work done last fall.
She believes young people are adaptable, and will be just fine. She also documented the more than $27 million of COVID aid coming to schools in the four boards in Huron-Bruce, and is excited for the return.
