Ausable Bayfield Conservation has opened public nominations for its Conservationist of the Year Award.
Candidates can be any individual, farmer, business person, community group or municipality, working to protect water, soil, and wildlife habitat in Ausable Bayfield watersheds.
The nomination window closes February 24th.
Ausable Bayfield Conservation Authority is marking its 75th anniversary this year. It has recognized outstanding achievements in conservation, every year, since 1984.
