A Huron County man is facing 10 charges following a number of incidents near Hensall.
On March 27th around 3 PM, police got a call about a possible impaired driver that had rolled a vehicle on Walnut Road and Morrison Line.
Following the crash the suspect allegedly confronted a passerby that had stopped at the scene, and brandished a weapon in an attempt to steal a vehicle.
When that failed he fled to a nearby farmhouse where he tried to take another vehicle, but was unsuccessful so he allegedly tried to take a tractor.
The owner tried to stop the man, who began driving dangerously around the property, before the owner was able to gain control of the tractor and crash it into a tree.
The suspect took off running, before police located him in a nearby field and had to use a conducted energy weapon to arrest the man.
