The Ontario government is investing over $318 thousand into the Blue Water Rest Home.
The one-time funding is to improve safety and make upgrades and will see improved air quality in the building, improve safety at the building by installing a fire sprinkler in a non-sprinklered zone, and improve security by installing new cameras.
Huron Bruce MPP Lisa Thompson said in a statement “Our government puts the safety and well-being of long-term care residents at the heart of everything we do.”
