My Broadcasting Corporation radio stations are taking a break from Facebook.
Company President JON POLE says there’s no shortage of information from medical professionals suggesting social media can sometimes sap your brain-power.
Pole says MBC decided the best course of action is to lead by example.
All radio stations in the MBC network will take a break from Facebook from April 26th until May 2nd.
Your favourite MBC station will be active on other digital platforms like Twitter as well as our websites and on-air programming including frequent news updates and breaking news.
