For the second year in a row Westland Greenhouse in Grand Bend held a large Boston Fern sale which was a HUGE success!
Due to COVID-19 the sale had to be held in a contactless safe drive thru way but that didn’t stop people from coming out.
Last year 1500 plants were sold in 3 hours, this year people lined up at 7 AM, and 2500 plants were sold in 6 hours.
Owner Anita tells myFM seeing all the people was emotional and overwhelming.
Anita says that the plan is to do the sale the same way next year with a possibility of having even more plants for sale.
