The Municipality of South Huron is preparing for the summer season.
In a statement the municipality says that they intend on opening Port Blake after the stay at home order expires on May 20th, unless the order is extended.
Mayor Finch said in the release “ “As safety is everyone’s shared top priority, we will continue to work closely with our neighbouring municipalities to provide a responsible service for people to enjoy our public spaces, and unless directed otherwise by the Province of Ontario or Huron Perth Public Health, we intend to reopen Port Blake Day Park this season.”
