The Municipality of Lambton Shores wants to hear from you about short-term rentals in the community.
Short-term rentals are defined as rentals that take place for 29 days or less, and there has been an increase in the Municipality the last little while.
Data from Tourism Sarnia-Lambton suggests at least 235 short-term rentals in Lambton Shores, but that number could be higher based on ads.
Now residents are asked to take part in an online survey which will be used to identify the benefits and concerns with short-term rentals and how to fix the system through a regulatory program.
